Blurb:
**Low Blow is the fourth book in the Shots On Goal series and can be read as a STANDALONE.**

One injury - a freaking broken rib.
That's all it took to send life into a tailspin at the age of sixteen. After getting a heart transplant, I knew that I could never take life or my talents for granted - I was going to be the best of the best. Boxing consumed my life and I was on track for greatness. Everything was perfect until I woke up one morning, ten years after my surgery with an overwhelming need to meet her - the girl whose father's heart beat in my chest. Little did I know that she was going to save me all over again.

                                            REVIEW:

I am new to Shots on Goal series and after reading Low Blow by Kristen Hope Mazzola, I want to make time and read the others books to meet all these characters. That is one thing that stuck out to me through my read was the bond they have. This is a very fast read, it has such a strong storyline and strong characters I wished it would have been a full novel. I really did enjoy this story even though it had a rushed tone.

Griff had to have a heart transplant at the age of sixteen, it's now 10 years later and his life feels incomplete. He questions if the donor would be happy with the road he has taken in his life. He decides that meeting the donors daughter would fill some of the gaps in his life. He never expected the connection he felt when he meets her.

Olive loses her father at a young age and never thought twice about the people that her father's life had saved by donating his organs. That is until Griff walks into her mechanic shop, the moment he explains why he's there - the connection is felt and the moment is sweet and endearing. Olive is one hot mechanic that Griff might not be able to walk away from.

I am happy that I read Low Blow and was introduced to this series, it is definitely one I will be catching up on. It is a fast and extremely hot read that I do recommend. 4 Stars
