Release Blitz and Review for FOREVER by Monica Murphy
She’s all I could ever want…
I have a reputation around school. Cold. Untouchable. Unfeeling. Only one girl could ever make me want to change and that’s Amanda Winters. Too bad I broke her heart and drove her away.
So to get through the rest of my days in high school, I tell myself I need to focus on more important things. Like taking our football team to championships. Get accepted to the college of my choice. And finish my senior year without wanting to run away from my problems.
But your problems chase after you no matter where you go. And it’s a lot harder when you fight them alone. The longer I go without Amanda, the more I miss her. Her smile. Her laughter. The things she said. How she looked at me like I was the only person who mattered. The way she made me feel…
Why can’t I have everything, including the girl? I’m determined to make things right. And make Amanda mine…
The moment Forever by Monica Murphy hit my kindle it seemed as if nothing else existed at the time. My inner teenager needed to know how Jordan and Amanda's story continues, my heart was on the floor from the last book.
In More Than Friends, I along with Amanda Winters was left heartbroken. Amanda allowed herself to fall for the most popular football player in school, he let her believe he had the same feelings for her. In Forever Amanda has a head on her shoulders, she may have been heartbroken, but she chose to work, study, and stay close to her friends to get over Jordan Tuttle. Well...she tries her best.
Jordan Tuttle may have pushed Amanda Winters out of his life but getting her off his mind seemed impossible, especially if she is always close by. Jordan has a lot of family issues and pressure from his parents. After realizing that he is not going to make everyone happy he decides to go after who he wants, the only problem is will she be willing to give him another chance?
I loved that we were able to get both POV's in this story, I was able to feel both of the characters struggle with allowing themselves to feel the drama of family, school and falling in love. Monica Murphy not only gave me a wonderful young adult romance, she has an amazing way to also highlight the supporting characters and leaves me wanting to know more about them. It is impossible to not fall in love with Amanda and Jordan and get lost in all those first love feelings. This is a 5 Star #cuddlewithtuttle read!!!
